Tailfish Consulting has worked with a number of clients to improve resiliency and stabilise costs in a very challenging market. Where possible we bring in our expertise from other sectors and work hard to innovate with our clients.

One recent example in Africa brought about a radical new packaging solution for a client which saved shipping costs and delighted the end customer. This new product solved some practical issues, peformed a superior job protecting the product and could be re-purposed after use in housing insulation. This was offered free to the local community.
